Mango Beach is an exclusive gated community for only eight villas. It has 24 hour security guard service, as well as road and garden maintenance. The plot is located in the south part of Ban Huai Yang — only 200 meters from one of the loveliest sandy beaches in the region, and close to all services and amenities.
The house of type Mango is a very practical one leveled villa of 170 m2 on plots of minimum 500 m2. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a big modern kitchen, a living room and a big terrace. All white goods are included; there is A/C in every room, and tiled floors in light modern colours. There are two plots of 600 m2 and six plots of 500 m2.
The introduction price of a Mango house on the 500 m2 plots is 6 000 000 baht and 6 700 000 baht for the house on the 600 m2 plot. According to international law the prices are always in the national currency — Thai Baht.
1 Thai Baht = 0.0243 U.S. dollars 0.0322 Euros 0.9693 руб. As additional option, the buyer can choose a swimming pool, jacuzzi and a garden according to preference.
The project has a European/Swedish management with wide experience, which guaranties a high building standard and strict control during the whole building process.

Come to Thailand and visit us! We can help you to book accommodation in or close to Ban Huai Yang, or offer you a free stay for two days in one of our houses. During the inspection trip you will visit a show house in one of our already built areas and see the plot for Mango Beach. We will help you to choose a suitable plot for you. It is important that you get familiar with the area and learn how to reach different places. We will guide you around.
During the inspection trip we will go through all legal matters of the purchase. You will have a chance to decide if you want to order any additional works and finally you will sign the contract. When you purchase a house with us you will own both a house and a piece of land. Usually, the building period is 10 months from the date of contract signing.
Payment conditions: 10% of the purchase price directly after the contract signing, 40% one month after the contract signing, 25% when the roof is laid, and 25% when you sign the title deeds.
During the building process you will get the reports about the progress of your house. When your house is finished we will support you in the moving in process - we will help you with everything is necessary to become legal owner of a property in Thailand.
